Initial public release 🎉

Claude Meter is a Windows taskbar widget that shows your live Claude usage at a glance — the same numbers you see on claude.ai/settings/usage, but in your peripheral vision instead of a browser tab.

  • Toast notifications at 75 / 90 / 95% thresholds
  • Reset countdowns (resets in 4h 48m · Sat 2:50 AM)
  • Adaptive polling with back-off — won't get rate-limited
  • Single .exe, no installer, no Python required

Install

  1. Download ClaudeMeter.exe from the assets below
  2. Drop it anywhere on disk
  3. Double-click to run (Windows SmartScreen: "More info" → "Run anyway" the first time)
  4. Right-click the tray icon → "Run at startup" to pin it
