Snipping Tool. The menus open under their titles again (they had lost track of their window), so File > Save As works along with Ctrl+S and the toolbar's Save. The toolbar's Mode and Delay buttons no longer leave a blank icon gap before their words, and their drop-down arrows are drawn by the toolbar itself. The red selection ink is no longer captured into the picture by default; the option remains in Tools > Options if you want it.
