1.6.1: colour schemes that stay, Color 2, the palette

Brick, Desert, Eggplant and the other schemes now stay. Applying one used to hand you Windows Standard back: the scheme file lists its colours before its theme, and reading the theme reset the colours. Fixed in the loader, so every program reads the scheme as it was saved.

Color and Color 2. Display Properties > Appearance has Windows 2000's two colour buttons: Color 2 appears for the Active and Inactive Title Bar items and sets the far end of the gradient. Each drops down the colour dialog's 48 basic colours; the red, green and blue boxes still take exact values. The Scheme box names whichever scheme the colours match.

The preview shows Minimize, Maximize and Close with their glyphs on both windows, and Close on the message box.
