1.8.1: Windows Classic Dark

Windows Classic Dark joins the Scheme list in Display Properties > Appearance: the classic look with the lights off. Dark greys for the face, menus and windows, light text, the navy title bar with its gradient and the desktop dimmed to match, and a dark tooltip. Like every scheme it reaches GTK and Qt programs too. Links in the folder windows turn light blue on a dark window so they still read.
