Add more MIME types to HTTP::GetMimeType - #50

Added json, txt, svg, ico, webp, pdf, xml, mp3, mp4 MIME types to `HTTP::GetMimeType` function in `src/http.cpp`. Added unit tests for all updated MIME types in `tests/http_server_tests.cpp`.
