Add more MIME types to HTTP::GetMimeType

Added json, txt, svg, ico, webp, pdf, xml, mp3, mp4 MIME types to HTTP::GetMimeType function in src/http.cpp.
Added unit tests for all updated MIME types in tests/http_server_tests.cpp.
Updated TODO.MD to mark the task as complete.
