Added Command (serverwhitelist set [players])
Fixed bug where if the player has a different config when joining a server that has already reached the neededPlayers amount the player would not be able to play.
Fixed name was serverwhitlist now is proper serverwhitelist
Added cloth config dep to fabric mod so it now errors out properly.
