Maintenance release for the visible Siemens TIA Portal validation path.

• Opens or creates a validation project in the visible TIA Portal session.
• Imports the generated candidate, starts the native compile, returns block-level diagnostics, and accepts repaired candidates in the same run.
• Keeps Openness progress and compile diagnostics in event order.
• Prevents runtime plan approval IDs from being truncated when native validation creates its run record.
• Agent and HMI Runtime product identity are aligned to 1.1.1.

Validation:

• Openness harness: 101/101
• CloudBridge target tests: 33/33
• Release verification and HMI runtime self-test: PASS
