Added

  • Added an explicit codex diagnose adapter command that runs bounded
    codex doctor --json, prefers the project binding launcher, and returns only
    a privacy-safe machine-readable summary.
  • Published Codex worker examples use codex exec --ephemeral, and worker
    diagnostics identify profiles that would otherwise retain provider sessions.
  • Added an opt-in review-efficient worker-policy overlay with changed-surface
    discovery, findings-first handoff, and example Codex usage telemetry budgets.

Changed

  • Codex binding guidance now treats legacy rollout discovery as a best-effort
    compatibility heuristic and documents explicit recovery for migrated
    Desktop threads and watcher restart after host reboot.
