Speedrun Timer Reworked v1.4

This is probably my Biggest Changes I ever did for a update, and probably my last update until I decide to come back too it.

anyway, here are the changes:

Additions:

• Added 4 Different Types Gamemodes
• Added a Runs Menu
• Added Back The Intro Option
• Added Menu Command/Buttons Toggle
• Added Starting Option Settings For The Host
• Added Back 31, 45, and 50 Stars on the SM64 Rules
  And Much More!

Changelog:

• Reworked The Custom Anti-Cheat Plugin to have it's own Menu
• Reworked Intermission and Countdown Functions For the Gamemodes
• Reworked Lives System (Meaning The Lives Plugin Is No Longer Needed)
• Now Custom Plugins has it's Own Option
• The Freeze Warp now works without using a Romhack
  And Many More!

Fixes:

• Fixed Menu JoyStick being too Sensitive
• Fixed Warping sometimes not Working
• Fixed Restart Timer Not Resetting Some Functions
• Fixed Save File Desync (I Hope)
• Fixed Fanfare not playing sometimes
• Fixed Not be able to reset after finishing a run

i'm actually take a break from this mod and decide to work on something else, but do let me know, if there's any bugs you saw.
