New Persistent Cookie Function (Stay logged in for 30 minutes, even after terminating the Python program)

1. The persistent cookie is saved securely, and after 30 minutes, the file will either be deleted or overwritten with new persistent cookie data.
2. The password changer now warns users after changing their password that their persistent cookie will expire, and they will need to create a new one due to the password change.
