New security feature blocking false login attempts

1. Every session of the program you have 3 login attempts. If you fail to login with all three, you will not be able to login for the next 1min 5min 10min 30min 1hour or Never!
2. The file containig the false attemps details is encrypted!
3. The file is located in your TEMP folder named attempts.dat
