waybill 2.1.1

@github-actions github-actions released this 23 Aug 18:46

First field report from a 3.4B-token ledger, same day. Ledgers metered by
pre-1.x engines carry zero-token usage events under the placeholder model
id <synthetic> (the current parser skips such messages at the source,
so the events are historical and — append-only — permanent).

Fixed

  • Zero-token placeholder models no longer poison pricing health —
    status and pricing show named <synthetic> as an unpriced model
    with a pricing set "fix" that would invent a rate for a non-model;
    and once any rate resolved for it, status counted its events as
    "metered before their rate existed — re-price: waybill meter --all",
    advice that is permanently unfollowable (the meter never re-emits
    zero-usage grains, so no superseding event can ever exist). Models are
    now drawn only from events that actually carry tokens
    (meteredModels, the same principle as the long-standing "unknown"
    exclusion), and the no-cost / re-priceable counts skip zero-token
    events. The status wording also scopes itself honestly: "their costs
    stay tokens-only", not the ledger's.

Added

  • waybill dashboard opens the page it wrote — users shouldn't need
    to know how to open an HTML file. The explicit command launches the
    default browser (macOS open, Windows start, else xdg-open),
    best-effort and detached; --no-open skips it, --json never
    launches, and the miner's silent refresh path is untouched — a
    browser must never pop because a session ended.
