Multi-repo attribution, completed — the fix 2.1.0 shipped as a warning.
Minor: attribution behavior changes (rules v3), so the next mine/
meter --all re-meters each session once; single-directory sessions
recompute identical events (content-addressed, a no-op), and
multi-directory sessions gain corrected superseding events. One shared
stream read per walk (2.1.0's E-10) keeps that pass cheap.

Added

  • Per-turn attribution for multi-repo sessions (completes E-14,
closes #21) — a session that ran in several working directories now
attributes each turn via the directory active at the turn's start
(FR-A3: a turn is never split). Rules v3. Precedence is deliberate:
    single-directory sessions keep the session-level repo byte-for-byte
(hint first — no event churn on upgrade); multi-directory sessions
derive per turn from each directory's git remote and fall back to the
session hint, because the one hint a capture carries describes only
one of the directories. verify's multi-repo warning now fires only for
sessions still carrying pre-split (< v3) usage and retires itself
after the re-meter; its advice is conditional on the transcript
    surviving, never unfollowable.
  • Dashboard cache-savings tile (closes #18) — cache-read share of
the last 30 days with the derived list-price saving beside it, basis
labeled, coverage disclosed when partial, and never a $0 for an
    unpriced model.
  • OTel recipe validated live (closes #20) — the docs/otel.md
pipeline run exactly as written: Claude Code 2.1.241 → otelcol-contrib
0.112.0 (the doc's yaml verbatim) → file export → meter --otel
ingesting the session, verify green. Two operational notes added to
the doc (collector before session; export-interval flushing).

Fixed

  • Pre-registration prose matches the mechanism everywhere — the
methodology no longer claims the seal proves a range "wasn't written
the night before" (it proves no edits since; write-time ordering is
enforced separately, and the calibration record is what earns trust
over time); the log skill accepts a declined estimate gracefully
(facts-tier entry, never pressed twice, never backfilled); the README
    row says the same.
  • Unpin is a recipe, not a one-liner — the log skill's unpin step
now carries the exact commands (find the pin's id, append the
correction superseding it, re-mine), so retracting a pin never
tempts a hand-authored stream edit. A dedicated waybill unpin verb
    is tracked for next minor.
  • Salvage dates reconstructed entries by their cluster's window
(ts: first_ts), never one shared batch date — same-dated entries rob
the resolver of recency and turn every later session into an inbox
ambiguity. Write time stays disclosed via appended_at.
