Auto crash reports

Auto crash reports collected by breakpad get uploaded to renderdoc.org where I monitor them.

Any duplicate crashes, crashes without sufficient info to make a useful report or misc useless crashes (e.g. crashes not related to renderdoc that got caught by breakpad) are discarded, and the rest are all anonymised and entered into github issues as bugs.

If there's contact information I'll get in touch with the submitter, if more information is needed to diagnose the problem.
