Notebuilder v1.1

Users can not put tags into the citation block and the system will ask to replace them with text on generation. The tags should be in <> those.

Fixed loading of textblocks

Text boxes now allow scrolling both horizontal and vertical and will allow users to hit Enter to go to a new line.
