Voxi 1.17.1

Portable Windows x64 release of Voxi, with local SAPI speech & optional offline Microsoft Guy support.

• Alt+1 through Alt+4 no longer activate the foreground app's menu bar when Alt is released. Bare Alt still works normally. Elevated (admin) windows may still show their menu.
• Fixed a crash that could close Voxi when a hotkey, tray action or speech update arrived while another action was still running.
• Filters now sits at the top of the tray menu. Standard is now All & Raw is now None, listed below Cleanup, Pronunciation, Acronyms & Emoji. Saved filters carry over.

Extract voxi-1.17.1-windows-x64.zip to a permanent folder & run Voxi.exe. To add Guy, exit Voxi & run this from the extracted folder:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File scripts/setup-guy.ps1

Microsoft voice components are downloaded separately from upstream sources & are excluded from the ZIP. See the included third-party notices.

Validation: 37 automated tests, rustfmt, Clippy, & the release build pass. Archive contents, executable version, & SHA-256 were verified. Alt hotkeys, Guy & rapid hotkeys during speech were checked by hand with live speech.

• Text filters from the tray menu: Standard applies every filter, Raw reads the clipboard exactly as copied, & Cleanup, Pronunciation, Acronyms & Emoji can be toggled individually (Custom).
• Voice, speed & text filters are remembered between runs in %APPDATA%\Voxi\settings.txt.
• A standalone uppercase FR still expands to "For Real", but .fr web addresses & lowercase text are left alone.
• Copied UI prompts such as "Next Reply" are removed only when they sit on their own line.
• Voice & speed announcements always use Standard filters.
