Label components in multiplots (multiple datasets in a single Axes) are properly "factored out" to higher label locations, e.g. legend -> title. This fixes a few bugs.
Internally, also start the process of converting PlotInfo callbacks to
Renderer2s (name pending) that are simply updated once per frame. This is hopefully cleaner and definitely more efficient.
