This release fixes a major bug in the uncertainty framework surrounding the Monte Carlo uncertainty propagation (identified by Jenny Watts and Daniel Ford).
All uncertainties must now be defined in the 2 sigma for input into the framework. All netcdf outputs will be in the 2 sigma. The final integrated uncertainties are in the 1 sigma.

Data averaging functions (CCI-SST and OSI-SAF) have been updated to reflect this change/correction.
