DevAppLauncher 0.0.6

Please make sure you uninstalled PowerToys before installing this one.

App Launcher will use the appLauncher.json file from the \AppData\Local\Microsoft\PowerToys\App Launcher folder so unless you copy and rename your old json file you will have to start with an empty configuration.
