A note on macOS Gatekeeper

This build isn't code-signed with an Apple Developer certificate
(that requires a paid $99/year Apple Developer account tied to a
real identity, which can't be set up on your behalf here). macOS
will likely show an "unidentified developer" warning on first
launch. To open it anyway: right-click the app -> Open -> Open,
instead of double-clicking. This is a one-time step per install.
