PersistentThrustNavigator v1.1.1
Fixed coasting phases not drawing correctly.
PersistentThrustNavigator v1.1.0
This is a release of my fix for solar sail navigator to be compatible with Freethinker's persistent thrust addon!
Changes:
- Removed support for solar sails, as Persistent Thrust does not have them.
- Fixed hyperbolic trajectories ruining the preview.
- Several indentation fixes.
Notes:
- The timesteps are still too large to be reasonably usable around planets. I have some ideas regarding fixing this.
- Very high sustained acceleration can confuse the navigator.

PersistentThrustNavigator v1.1.3
This is long, LONG overdue. Finally uploaded to incorperate @HebaruSan's fix.
PersistentThrustNavigator v1.1.2
Changes:
- The final orbit is now drawn as a dotted line for clarity's sake
- ICN reference frame has been overhauled to avoid a coordinate singularity when doing 90 degree burns for long periods.
- Two new reference frames are available:
-
- 'Worldspace' is exactly what it sounds like. It's as though you're referencing star constellations, or perhaps the cosmic microwave background. It is of form (azimuth, elevation, flatspin) and can be used for tasks such as reversing your orbit. It can be slightly janky since an elevation of '0' is pointing straight down. I might fix this in the future.
-
- 'Counterclockwise' behaves much like the default 'RTN' frame, but it does not depend on your velocity, instead using a counterclockwise direction as its basis. This is very useful for reversing your orbit or matching other orbits.
I haven't completely fixed NaN issues, so its still possible to bug out your ship if you're really trying. I'll probably do that in the next patch. Also, in certain high-curvature cases such as high-thrust engines near the sun, your real trajectory tends to deviate from your predicted trajectory pretty significantly. I'm spitballing ways to make it more accurate, but have no real solutions for that just yet. Just good to keep that in mind.
Also, orbiting around planets, your predicted trajectory line still gets left behind. I'm still working on figuring out why this happens. That's probably my next priority.
