• Clone the project

• Create virtual environment

• Activate virtual environment command: source venv/bin/activate

• RUN : pip install -r requirements.txt

• COCO Dataset Download Link : https://pjreddie.com/media/files/yolov3.weights

• Download the weights file

• place the weights file in the same directory where manage.py is present

• Run the django server : python manage.py runserver
