K‐Flashcards Support
Thank you for using Flashcard.
Flashcard is a study app that helps you create flashcards from Google Sheets, organize card boxes, review cards with daily goals, and use read-aloud playback for learning.
To create your first card box:
- Create a Google Sheet with your flashcard content.
- Put the front side of each card in one column and the back side in another column.
- In Google Sheets, tap Share.
- Set general access to Anyone with the link.
- Set the permission to Viewer.
- Copy the Google Sheets link.
- Open Flashcard and paste the link when creating a new card box.
After the card box is created, your cards will be imported automatically.
Please check the following:
- The Google Sheets link is correct.
- The sheet is shared with “Anyone with the link.”
- The permission is set to “Viewer.”
- The sheet contains card text in the expected columns.
- Your device has an internet connection.
Please check that your device volume is turned up and Silent Mode is not preventing audio playback. If you want read-aloud playback to continue in the background, enable background playback in the app settings.
Please make sure notifications are enabled for Flashcard in iOS Settings:
Settings → Notifications → Flashcard → Allow Notifications
You can also check your reminder settings inside the app.
Ads may not always be available. If no ad is returned, the app will continue to work normally.
