This unsigned preview fixes Windows PATH setup: every install now adds BYO to the user PATH by default, not through an optional switch. A Windows inline PowerShell install can run byo immediately; restart other terminal applications that were already open.
Built, archive-verified, and hardware-free install E2E verified by GitHub Actions run 33044173429 on Windows, macOS Intel, macOS Apple silicon, and Linux glibc 2.28.
This preview is intentionally unsigned. For the online PowerShell bootstrap, retain -AllowUnsigned.
