ART's core functionality is pretty much complete. The SmartDrive works, although not well without proper PID tuning. ART is on the level of code some 3118 teams ran last season, including at worlds, so even at this point, ART has the features to be useful and competitive.
An official release will come out when tutorials look good or when things are polished enough.
