Instead of stupidly trying to fetch deleted messages, tell the compiler the filter ensures they aren't partial (which they will never be as long as we have the MessageContent intent)
Happenning when a bulk delete only includes bots and ignored users
This was a actually required change for previous commits but they weren't published in npm yet
