Breaking Fix

The default dashboard_url was pointing to dashboard.cert-framework.com, which 301 redirects to cert-framework.com. Python's requests library strips authentication headers on cross-domain redirects - this caused valid API keys to fail silently, with traces appearing to send successfully but never reaching the database.

Default endpoint from https://dashboard.cert-framework.com to https://cert-framework.com

Housekeeping

Version now sourced from pyproject.toml via importlib.metadata (single source of truth)
Removed hardcoded version strings from source files

Upgrade

pip install --upgrade cert-sdk

No code changes required - existing integrations will work correctly after upgrade.
