v0.3.0 — VOXIO OVERHAUL

Voxio has been rewritten from the ground up. A lot of care has gone into the
stability and compatibility of the engine. The API has been cleaned up. The
engine reports events as they happen without the need for polling. OPUS support
is feature gated (although enabled for NoctaVox) and a comprehensive testing
suite acts as a safeguard and guarantee for future changes. This rewrite solves
several bugs, including the obnoxious crash on device switch that plagued
previous versions of NoctaVox.

Added:

• Support for ReplayGain
• Support for AIFF, ALAC, and WEBM*
• Repeat/Looping Mode (resolves issue #22)
  • Toggle repeat with ctrl+r
• Added MSRV tag (1.95)

*Note: WEBM support may be slightly unstable depending on metadata

• WAV metadata reading restored (workaround for symphonia upstream bug)
• Queued track icon color fixed in search view
• Keybinds between standard view and fullscreen keybinds are more consistent
• Theme selector now sorts themes the same way between various OS platforms
• History - Fixed bug where wrong side of Deque would be popped
