ReproFig 0.5.0 makes exported evidence readable without changing permanent figure identity.

  • Use human-readable names for unpacked data, statistics, producer code, reports, reproduced figures, public derivatives, manifests, and archives.
  • Set an explicit name with the Python export_name parameter or the command-line --name option.
  • Keep format variants together and add a short identity suffix only when distinct figures would collide.
  • Preserve previous filenames with naming=legacy or --naming legacy.
  • Regenerate the Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, and verification-layer examples with readable outputs.
