Draft to Take v3.0.0 beta 14

Draft to Take beta 14 restores the Docker launcher as the recommended public beta path while the native Windows installer is hardened.

Recommended path:

1. Download DraftToTake-Docker-Launcher-v3.0.0-beta.14.zip from the assets below.
2. Extract it somewhere simple, such as C:\DraftToTakeBeta.
3. Start Docker Desktop.
4. Run start.bat.
5. Open the URL printed in the terminal, usually http://localhost:3000.

What changed:

• Makes Docker the recommended public beta route again.
• Adds a clear Docker launcher ZIP asset instead of relying on the GitHub source-code ZIP wording.
• Keeps the native Windows installer available on beta 13, but marks it experimental while startup and generation issues are being worked through.

Notes:

• Docker Desktop with WSL2 is required for this launcher path.
• NVIDIA GPU support is strongly recommended.
• First launch can be slow because Docker images and model files are large.
• Model files are not bundled; they download into %USERPROFILE%\DraftToTake\shared.
