V2.0.0 Support for phash - perceptual hashing algorithm in Rust

Added duplicate detection using rust and integrated with existing python sorting and date classifier, with partial paralleization for duplicate detection in mode 2. The duplicate detection is done using phash - perceptual hashing algorithm (creates a compact "fingerprint" (hash) of multimedia (like images or audio) that captures its visual/auditory essence, allowing similar content to have similar hashes, unlike cryptographic hashes where tiny changes cause massive differences).Uses Rayon for parallel processing and duplicate.rs uses .par_iter() to process images in parallel.
