What's new

• Multi-year analysis: annual load growth and up to three capacity-expansion stages, searched together with the initial system and costed year by year; reliability constraints hold in every sampled year.
• Packaging: PyPI package, MCP Registry entry, MCPB bundles for Claude Desktop and Smithery.
• Security: the REopt API key is sent in a header, never in URLs or logs. The Docker image starts over stdio by default.
• Project files: disclaimer, security policy, code of conduct, citation file, issue and pull-request templates.
