Picklock 0.2.1

A small one: help now opens by saying what Picklock is, before saying how to type a command.

pip install --upgrade picklock

• The help overview leads with Picklock 0.2.1 — a terminal client for PyMemoryEditor. and puts the usage: line under it. Same two lines, the other way round; nothing else on the page moves.
