PaperBoat PAL v1.0.3b (EN/DE/FR/ES)

PaperBoat 1.0.3 PAL support:
Fully support the PAL version of the game
All languages supported (EN/DE/FR/ES)
You can now change the language used in PaperBoat menu (EN/DE/FR/ES)
Changed gamepad vibration duration to the original PAL one
Added FPS counter in PaperBoat menu
Added original PAL 50hz option in PaperBoat menu
Fixed weird text accents used in PAL version
Fixed texts going out of some windows while using another language than English
Language used is now properly saved and you don't need to apply it again at every start of the game

You need to provide your own PAL version of the game (.z64 file format).

1.0.3b update: fixed a random crash happening when you level up on FR/DE/ES languages
You need to delete your previous pm64.o2r and to generate a new one with PaperBoat
