docs: show the board in the README - #31

A screenshot answers "what do I get" before the install instructions explain how to get it, and the board is the whole product. Corrects two claims while in there. `docs/dashboard.md` said every tile except *Repos monitored* has a drill-down; *Data age* has none either, being the collector's own freshness rather than a set of repos.
