v7.13.2 - WWM support, More Genshin Instruments

What's New?

• Added experimental support for Where Winds Meet. (53d2755)
• Added new Genshin Impact instruments and support for chords. (f6e9ae0)
• Added sustain pedal support for BPSR. (33783ea)

Important

Where Winds Meet support is currently untested, as I don't play the game myself.
Been a while since I played Genshin Impact too, so I don't own the newer instruments with chords. Feel free to open an issue or pull request if you notice anything wrong. 😊

Bug fixes

• Fix song stutter caused by GC. (4a5b0c2)
