Code repo for paper "Model-based reconstruction for looping-star MRI" (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/mrm.29927)

Steps:

1. Clone the repo
2. Install MIRT (https://web.eecs.umich.edu/~fessler/code/) and TOPPE (https://github.com/toppeMRI/toppe) for reading and processing data
3. Download example data from https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/jyvovpgmwtx3y2bamjq60/P46592.7?rlkey=20w2ns53u57nuyjqqy5nlmwx8&dl=0
4. Add MIRT and TOPPE to matlab path and adjust other path if needed
5. Run recon_looping_star.m
