The minimum version of Java is now 11 (was 8). This is needed to support new logbook server. Since RHEL7 often defaults to Java 8, a launch script to ssh to RHEL9 can help when launching with JMenu: https://github.com/JeffersonLab/phaser-client/blob/main/cd/launch.sh
