'EMPTY' in target_type crashes for 50000-59999

The query
'EMPTY' in target_type
works for runs 40000-49999, but for 50000-59999 it gives:

Error in performing request: argument of type 'NoneType' is not iterable

I don't see the crash if I do the following query:

"EMPTY & Ready"==target_type

So maybe there is some python weirdness here...

It's something about the run range. "'EMPTY' in target_type" works for 51000-59999.
