LSL & OSSL

The Linden Scripting Language(LSL) and Open Sim Scripting Language(OSSL) are widely used for many reasons.
Currently only the TITLER lsl script is supported, as it was one of the few that worked correctly, but was recoded using OSSL, which will be updated in the new ossl folder soon.
