Registering for the first time

**After setup is complete, you will need to visit the register.php page, and fill out the required information. Once that is complete, you will be sent to welcome.php

Because you are new to the system, you are not considered an admin. We use 'dh' as our admin access protocol.**

Setting your account as admin

go to --> phpmyadmin ---> Your DB ---> accounts ---> Your username ---> Click Edit ---> find dh ---> change from 0 to 1 ---> click Go

this will save the change, and you will now be an admin, go back to welcome.php, you will now see an admin button above the logout option, this is where you can access ALL functions for the website.

Be aware, the dh function can be changed using dhsystem.php, but only by main admins, this process currently looks for ID 1 and 2, but that can be adjusted for your XO, depending on when they register and what their ID number is in accounts. This means that only the CnC and Vice Cnc (xo) can change that, no other accounts can, even if they are a dh. Side note, dh stands for Department or Division Head, and should only be granted to those who are currently a dh.
