Registering for the first time

**After setup is complete, you will need to visit the register.php page, and fill out the required information. Once that is complete, you will be sent to welcome.php

Because you are new to the system, you are not considered an admin. We use 'dh' as our admin access protocol.**

Setting your account as admin

go to --> phpmyadmin ---> Your DB ---> accounts ---> Your username ---> Click Edit ---> find dh ---> change from 0 to 1 ---> click Go

this will save the change, and you will not be an admin, go back to welcome.php, you will now see an admin button above the logout option, this is where you can access ALL functions for the website.
