Fixes the AppImage build to actually run on the oldest supported Ubuntu LTS:
- Switched to GTK4 dialog APIs available since GTK4's initial release (was accidentally requiring GTK 4.10+).
- Rebuilt against an older glibc baseline for broader compatibility.
