Built for minecraftoffline.net but other paper 1.21.11 servers can use the plugin as well.

Changes

Add developer API.

Installation

Download the VelocityGuard-2.1.jar file.
Place in your server's plugins folder.
Restart server.
Configure in plugins/VelocityGuard/config.yml if needed.
