Fixed the one-file builds — this is the release to download.

  • ✅ Desktop app actually launches (tkinter no longer excluded from the bundle)
  • ✅ Real NDI inside the binary (full cyndilib runtime bundled — verified: frozen app broadcasts NDI frames, no longer preview-only)
  • ✅ New: NDI diagnostics in Pro status (import error surfaced if the runtime ever fails)

Same as v1.0.0 otherwise: LAN web editor, desktop companion with live preview, one-click looks, live quick-changes, custom QR images.
