Fixed

• Blank rows appearing during scroll: Rows could appear blank when scrolling into areas where group data had recently changed (e.g. after async group detection). Caused by NSScrollView's copy-on-scroll preserving stale pixels. Fixed by forcing a full visible-rect redraw after group data updates.
