2026.03.10.2 - HACS and Hassfest validation fixes

• Fixed services.yaml to use supported device_id selectors instead of invalid device-filter targets
• Sorted manifest.json keys to satisfy Hassfest validation
• Removed unsupported domains from hacs.json
• Added local brand assets under custom_components/azrouter/brand/
• Finalized repository metadata for HACS default repository submission

• This release follows 2026.03.10.1 and exists to align the repository with HACS and Hassfest validation requirements
