Keep models without a detected free price selectable in the media panel.
Require an explicit possible-charge acknowledgement for each manual image or video attempt.
Reset the acknowledgement immediately after submission.
Keep the manual override unavailable to agent tools, so configured paid-generation guards remain enforced for model-driven calls.
