The goal is to develop harmonic analysis for sparse signal collection and increase the sensitivity for time-lapse experiments
- Look at spectral information for XYST dataset and determine compression parameters vs sparsity for different algorithms
Data collection in a sparse domain is often Poissonian in nature.
- The error (robustness) and sensitivity (SNR) of the collection are two main interests that we could improve.
