Today's timeline now stays fresh while the dashboard is open. The page rescans today every five minutes while it's on screen, and immediately when it comes back into view after five minutes or more, so new sessions, costs and active states show up without restarting. Rescanning today takes well under a second, and the dial only redraws when today's data actually changed.

When the agent day rolls over at 4 AM, the previous day gets one final rescan so its last hours aren't lost. A single-day rescan no longer marks a finished history index as partial.

Validated with a production build and a live CLI run: backfill, today rescan (about 0.3 s), concurrent scan requests, and index state after each.
